Omniverti provides free online file conversion tools. You may use our services for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor to violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the files you upload and convert using Omniverti. We do not claim any ownership over your files. The Omniverti name, logo, and website design are our intellectual property and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Omniverti provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, or accuracy of our conversion services. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

User Conduct

You agree not to upload files that contain malicious code, viruses, or harmful components. You also agree not to attempt to access, modify, or interfere with our servers, systems, or other users' files.

File Handling

Uploaded files are automatically deleted from our servers within one hour of processing. While we implement security measures, you are responsible for maintaining backups of your files. We recommend not uploading sensitive or confidential information.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of Omniverti after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
